Since the internet appears to be the "new source of news" perhaps all that is necessary is active engagement on the primary ballot with everyone you interact with. If you can encourage a single lazy voter to participate, that time a few hundred could swing an election maybe?
Yes, indeed, Ana...how would you implement such a program to 'educate' American voters about the importance of voting in primaries?
Maybe all of the local GOP groups could work on that year-round.
They only seem to jump into action around election time.
