Sometimes what we think of as small gestures of acceptance, that are forced on us, or being told this is normal behavior, or just go along with it, turn into some of the biggest issues that we have to face. We seem to be tested every day, undercurrents slowly move us, subtlety pushed, nudged, little by little until we wake up one day and we see all of these small manipulations have turned into, take it or lose your job. I sometimes wonder if there is a certain group that does these things just see if we will allow it, how far can we push these common folk? Bad company surely corrupts good character. You know how medical staff, doctors, nurses, etc., at hospitals, were forced to take experimental injections like it or not. Or I’m sure you’ve heard about states allowing men into the ladies locker rooms and showers. Well I can tell you this is taking place now. My wife and her co workers are forced to allow an intact male, cross dresser, into their locker room where they change. As uncomfortable and abusive that this is no one can say a word or you will be fired for discrimination. Most every nurse in that locker room is completely uncomfortable and against this policy of being forced to change in front of a strange man. Slowly over time this manipulation became policy and if you speak up your fired. I’m not sure why the upper people in the hospital, let’s take the director of nursing is not forced to get undressed in front of this man as a gesture, showing that she is on board with forcing females to be abused in this way. If it’s such a good policy I think all of the management, directors, coordinators etc. should be forced to undress in front of male doctors nurses and staff because maybe I am uncomfortable not knowing what these women look like naked. Does my being uncomfortable not have the same stature as a man with gender dysphoria who says he’s uncomfortable changing in the men’s locker room. Do children that have major or minor procedures done need this type of controversial situation thrown in front of them while getting an ear tube put in place. This is the slow creep of totalitarianism, is it not? The loss of our most basic freedom and decency of privacy. Let us, the elites, see just how far we can push the commoners. The upper hospital elites are never placed into these abusive situations. How can it be right that my wife, again, against her will, be forced to undress in front of a strange man, or be fired. Someone please explain to me how this is fair and appropriate. Where have all the feminists gone? J.Goodrich

James Goodrich, good essay. It’s all nonsense that should end January 20. Years ago, a Dr. visit for a physical was real. Now it’s listen to heart and lungs through layers of clothes. Blood pressure and temp by a CNA. But go to work and have to do what your wife has to do? Broken medical system is what I see. I gave 45 years of my life for this to be falling apart? So disappointing! But I don’t regret making a difference in many lives. Glad people even the Amish awakened! Thankfully, we have a space to make a difference again. Trump is doing a good job appointing people in high places. Closer to 80 than 70!

And to those who have written comments below James’s, thank you for being on the right side. Great team Drs. Malone. I’ve been sharing around to get more people involved!

Something to ponder. Back in the day, the AMA could claim nearly 100% membership by US physicians. When it came out for Medicare membership took a dive and with #44-care dropped down down to some 18%. This mirrors what we see in the radicalization of our culture, a very small minority with very loud voices pulling all the strings. Suspect same in medicine (I hope) where a radical cadre has grabbed control of the apparatus but the rank and file not so much on board. But if med schools not brought back under control then......?

Expand full comment

The same is true for the American Bar Association. All of the organizations have been captured by leftists and the saner members voted with their feet. But still, our society unwittingly still gives credence to these organizations that have been captured by ideologues.

Expand full comment

18%? I have no reason to doubt it, but that seems so low, such a crash landing!

Expand full comment

May have been 17%. Physicians had resisted Medicare for years and were disgusted by the AMA approving it. And as it moved further away from traditional medicine the displeasure grew. Membership paid by employers like fed agencies, pharma and big med institutes. So that number is a pretty good estimate of the % of physicians so employed.

Expand full comment

I remember when ObamaCare passed in 2010 17% of American MDs belonged to the AMA.

I believe that the AMA (Australian Medical Association) has the same problem here with only around 30% membership. We have a new medical association with all health professionals welcome, that seems to be gaining ground recently. I wonder why? 🙄

Hi Jean, it’s hospital policy that OR employees wear scrubs that have been cleaned at and by the hospital. Some do wear their scrubs into the hospital but you could see how this creates unsterile conditions, so the hospital frowns on it. This man can walk into the locker room at any time, many times when people are already changing. You know the other f’d up thing is, he’s a doctor!

A DOCTOR ! WOW ! This person has mental issues! If I were the hospital's patient, I would want to be informed before agreeing to receive his services. I can appreciate the potential impact on hospital decision making. What a bunch of chicken Littles!

I totally agree, it really pisses me off that they put my wife in this position. I had taken a realtor sales persons class in about 1990. I’m sure that is not the case now. I mention this because as you said this guy has mental issues. I believe he is married and has kids!!

It is those of us who have the courage to say "No" that will save us from totalitarianism. The rest of us are too weak. It is people like Riley Gaines and Dr. Miller, now in Florida, who refuse to accommodate, who will save the rest of us who have too many excuses for not doing the right things. Were it not for those willing to work elsewhere, even in a different field, we would have gone under the heel of tyranny years ago. In the meantime, those who do not take a moral stand will suffer the most. No one was "forced," tied down and physically forced, (to take the jab, dress with men) as a person is compelled in a concentration camp or a prison. There is a continent of difference between the two. Too many pretend there is compulsion when it is really the discomfort of changing jobs or falling out with peers they object to. People who comply will never change anything.

James....I'm 75, and I was in college in the early 1970s and observed the feminist movement take hold. As a young twenty-something woman back then, I immediately found the feminists to be quite phony as a group. It always seemed clear that the whole thing was a political power movement that really was not about improving things for women, although pretending that was their strategy and a lot of people, a lot of men bought into it. I wanted nothing to do with such women and I did just fine professionally without them.

From my experience in both a private and a state run hospital, Directors of Nursing did NOT wear uniforms, but normal business attire. The other department heads wore business attire, and questioned why I (and my counterpart at a sister hospital) wore uniforms! We were neither nurses nor medical personnel. Shortly thereafter, my counterpart and I were instructed to cease wearing uniforms, instead wearing normal business attire. Obviously, unwritten codes exist for "management" and the main body of employees, perhaps an anomaly at those two institutions. We also "enjoyed" the privacy of restrooms solely for management and executives. It would be interesting to know if the dress codes I reount prevail(ed) at other hospitals. Slainte!

Wonderful statement, James. I feel horrible your wife has to endure this harassment & something needs to be done to stop this, obviously. The upper worker-bees should have to endure this uncomfortable, awful situation of undress; if they do not experience what your wife & her co-workers are going through, then it is time to take some type of action to make it known to Human Resources & file complaints. Years ago there would probably have been multiple complaints filed, & even legal action taken against this unnecessary policy.

Also, if systemic racism was such a thing, would anyone actually be using significant financial resources to look into it. As in, if it was a legitimate and pervasive issue, money wouldn’t be spent on addressing it.

Systemic racism was invented by the Democrats in 1877 after their paramilitary arm, the Ku Klux Klan, terrorized Black Americans away from the polls in the 1876 Election. Looking ahead to 1878 they passed state Public Health laws declaring Negroes to pose a health hazard (you know, exactly like unvaccinated people during COVID) and Segregation was imposed. This had the practical effect of ending Republican organizing in the South because Black Republicans

(continuing) could not hold meetings with white Republicans. This created the Solid South, with one-party rule from 1877-1965. The structure of structural racism was built by Democrats then restructured by LBJ with entitlements that split Black families as a condition of receiving the money. The amazing thing about structural racism is the skill with which its architects and builders denied their own works and treated its origins as a great mystery. Pitt obviously expected grants from the Harris Administration to create more disinformation about who built the structure of structural racism. But now that COVID gave all of us a taste of what Segregation was like, most of us are motivated to demolish these Deep State structures and start over again with a government we can afford.

This is the impetus behind a lot of the DEI industry. Organizations/institutions making their racial quotas. Faculty signing on as advisers or whatever, and padding their CVs. In academia, which is grotesquely removed from having to prove its denizens have any positive effect or outcome on society, racial grievance has been a potent currency for at least 40 years. Trump (who, incidentally promised to balance the budget last time, but instead signed off on $4 TRILLION new debt) faked people out by nominating Judy Shelton, a hard-money advocate to the Fed probably knowing she would be rejected, and definitely not in the crypto corner- but she was rejected and what does Trump do?- accept millions from that lobby during the current campaign and now declare he is all for cryptos. I have read things that sound like he will undermine Trump’s picks. I have read things that sound like very slick prevarications. I haven’t seen ANYTHING where he enthusiastically backs RFK Jr or Gaetz which should be easy for him to do. This sets a tone. And those who oppose Trump will naturally form alliances but try to keep it hidden. Time will tell very soon if I’m wrong about him - but I can see a scenario where enough will fall on their swords (like Collins, etc) to nuke a cabinet pick thereby allowing the others to vote in favor to give the appearance of support. We have the years of Trump’s first administration to see how he was never really supported by many Republicans in both houses. It shouldn’t be too much to ask for them to fight for him this time around.

Ok, Kim. I think Thune has gotten the message of this election loud and clear. We can wait to see what he does and then react. That is the reasonable and just sequence.

As a side note, I see that Thune hasn't accumulated the wealth other politicians have, which isn't possible on their salaries. That's a good sign.

Only thing about Sen Thune is, his state is big on meat processing plants and that's where they've been putting the illegals for low wages. If they could be paid above board and made legal, that needs to be considered. We discovered during the Bush presidencies that this was what was going on.

Racism causes poor health! What will they think of next? Sexism as a cause of poor health? Discrimination of anything? Transgenderism? Well, I am fairly sure that transgenderism causes poor health - when it is acted upon.

Seems more like a redefinition of health. Is that really helpful? Pennsylvania should be ashamed.

I admit to fascination with Harris’ spending of donations. So Oprah appeared only because she was paid 1 million dollars? Wow! That’s support! Why isn’t “paid for endorsement” an oxymoron?

The funniest part about the Oprah story - is that she denied receiving the payments! Why? Because her company got paid, not her directly. Therefore, she didn't get paid!

You can't make this stuff up!

No, but they sure as hell can.

I am curious why Ralph Baric is being shielded in all of this. He wasn't part of the Capitol Hill hearings. He submitted the Defuse project to DARPA. He patented a virus in 2015 along with NIH much like Sars-CoV-2. He also kept in contact with China scientists. He is getting protection, a pass, or something. Maybe they don't want the U.S. culpability to be brought to light in this.

General Outline of the Shadow Government  : Examples of Military industrial complex

Intelligence Branches

1.  (NSA), monitors and screens all telephone, telegraph, computer modem, radio, television, cellular, microwave, and satellite communications, and electromagnetic fields "of interest" around the world, and orchestrates information-control and cover-up activities related to UFO secrecy and surveillance of extra-terrestrial operations, Fort Meade, MD.

2. National Reconnaissance Office.  UFO traffic entering and leaving Earth's atmosphere, coordinates firing (NRO), controls and collects information from global spy satellites, monitors of energy beam weapons from orbiting Star Wars satellites at selected human ground and airborne targets and selectively at extra-terrestrial craft, Pentagon basement and Dulles Airport area, VA.

3. (CIA), commands, often controls, and sometimes coordinates, the gathering of secret overseas information gathered by spies (HUMINT), electronic surveillance (SIGINT), and other means; carries out covert unconstitutional paramilitary counterinsurgency operations and preemptive political pacification projects in violation of international law, as well as counter-intelligence sting operations against foreign agents; engages in domestic surveillance, and manipulation of the U.S. political process, "in the National interest" in direct violation of its congressional charter...

4. (FBI) The branch which investigates, surveilles and neutralizes foreign Intelligence agents operating within the U.S., and cooperates with the National Reconnaissance Organization in the surveillance of those involved in close encounters with UFOs and extra-terrestrials.

5.  (DOE-INTEL), which conducts internal security checks and external security threat countermeasures, often through its contract civilian instrumentality, the Wackenhut Corporation.

6.  (INSCOM) whose assignments include psychological and psychotronic warfare (PSYOPS), para-psychological intelligence (PSYINT), and electromagnetic intelligence (ELMINT), Ft. Meade, MD. - U.S Army Intelligence and Security Command.

7.  (ONI), which gathers intelligence affecting naval operations, and has a compartmented unit,  Office of Navy Intelligence.

8.  AFOSI), which gathers intelligence affecting aerospace operations, and has a compartmented unit involved in investigating IAC [Identified Alien Craft] surveillance, and coordination with NRO interdiction operations, Bolling Air Force Base, MD.

9.   (DIA), which coordinates the intelligence data gathered from the various Armed Services intelligence branches (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and Special Forces), and provides counter-threat measures, (which include providing security at ultra-classified installations by the deployment of U.S. "Thought Police".

10.  Which is an NSA/USAF joint intelligence operations unit dealing with possible threats to aerospace operations from foreign powers, terrestrial or otherwise.

111. (DISCO), which conducts intelligence operations within and on behalf of the civilian defense contractor corporations engaged in classified research, development, and production, Defense Industry Security Command.

"In short, with Baric's U.S. Patent 6,593,111 (Claims 1 and 5) and CDC's '852 patent (Claim 1),' no research in the United States could be conducted without permission or infringement.

We noted that gain-of-function specialist, Dr. Ralph Baric, was both the recipient of millions of dollars of U.S. research grants from several federal agencies but also sat on,

the World Health Organization's International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV)

the Coronaviridae Study Group (CSG)

In this capacity, he was both responsible for determining "novelty" of clades of virus species but directly benefitted from determining declarations of novelty in the form of new research funding authorizations and associated patenting and commercial collaboration.

In our 2003-2004 Global Technology Assessment: Vector Weaponization, M·CAM highlighted China's growing involvement in Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology with respect to joining the world stage in chimeric construction of viral vectors...

The National Institute of Health's grant AI23946-08 issued to Dr. Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (officially classified as affiliated with Dr. Anthony Fauci's NIAID by at least 2003) began the work on, synthetically altering the Coronaviridae (the coronavirus family) for the express purpose of general research, pathogenic enhancement, detection, manipulation, and potential therapeutic interventions targeting the same."

As early as May 21, 2000, Dr. Baric and UNC sought to patent critical sections of the coronavirus family for their commercial benefit. 1

In one of the several papers derived from work sponsored by this grant, Dr. Baric published what he reported to be the full length cDNA of SARS CoV in which it was clearly stated that SAR CoV was based on a composite of DNA segments.

"Using a panel of contiguous cDNAs that span the entire genome, we have assembled a full-length cDNA of the SARS-CoV Urbani strain, and have rescued molecularly cloned SARS viruses (infectious clone SARS-CoV) that contained the expected marker mutations inserted into the component clones." 2

I am glad that he put an article from Senator Marshall in there. He is one of my senators. He has came around very well and does listen. I have written him and others a lot. The fact that he is looking into DEFUSE to me shows he has moved a long ways in the right direction. One time he responded to an email saying I am going to keep on looking into where Covid started from. I said that is already public knowledge. Ralph Baric created it with a patent with Fauci's knowledge. I then sent him an excellent article where someone reverse engineered the virus to show it was the one he created. It also showed all his ties and his DEFUSE proposal to DARPA. Baric needs to be held to the fire as well as Fauci and China.

Notice that the news media has us zeroed in on where the covid virus came from (the left hand) rather the harm that has been done (the right hand), and is continuing to be done, to all of the peoples of the world! People in Big Pharma, The Media, Big Medicine, and many so-called government servants (ha, ha, ha) should be sent to supermax prisons for life for what they did and continue to do. They deserve the death penalty, but I prefer that they suffer in solitary so that they will eventually go crazy.

Thank you, Dr Malone and all the others that risked so much to bring the truth to us.
