That said, ivermectin does have some degree of effectiveness through all the stages of the illness, including after the virus replication stage has ended (it has multiple modes of action). The real secret here is that a cocktail of antivirals (ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine) plus immune-supporting nutraceuticals (especially vitamin D) is the best approach to early treatment.
