FDA approval now causes grave concerns for me.

"Grave"... I see what you did there. ;-)

I know what you mean. Like, what good is saying FDA approves of anything, because they have zero credibility.

Hi Dr. Malone,

I value your and Dr. Jill Malone's input more than pretty much anyone else in the whole Covid discussion. My 2 healthy daughters (26 and 31) and their partners of the same age ranges took 2 doses of the clot shots. Both couples are getting ready to start having children. What should they take (vitamins, supplements, medicines, etc) prior to conceiving to get as much of the mRNA (spike protein) out of their system as possible?

I am terrified that they are going to have miscarriages, stillbirths and/or other types of health problems.

I'm sure I'm not the only concerned (freaked out) parent with this concern.

Thank you in advance for your invaluable insight,

Anita

Hi Anita, not Dr. Malone, obv, but you might want to look at the FLCCC website, flccc.net. They have resources that might help.

Yes. Best advice!

Thank you, Katie. (My oldest is Kaitlin and we often call her Katie)

That's a good idea. My husband and I followed their protocol when we had Covid. I'll check it out.

I'd also be interested in what the good Drs Malone have to say about it.

Thanks much for the suggestion,

Anita

A young friend of mine and her fiance are in a similar situation. FLCCC has a list of practitioners if you can find one that specializes in pregnancy and recovery from vaccine injury, The injury might not be obvious in the case of reproductive system. Best of luck to you all. But yes, Dr Malone is a wonderful resource who may know other things.

Fabulous article!!! I am very interested and will certainly dig deeper, first because I wonder whether it could also help in case of MS and second because my allergic asthma was treated and cured with laser therapy and bioresonance. Bioresonance btw is extremely helpful to strengthen and balance the immune system. I have my own experience and also saw the result in dear ones. But, as you say for the PBM, also here not every therapy or device for bioresonance and laser therapy is good. Unfortunately our physician who was really good in bioresonance retired 3 years ago. Since then we are searching for a new holistic physician. Unfortunately in Austria bioresonance is not respected by doctors or the education for being a doctor as it was some decades ago. So the knowledge faded and now there are almost only therapists offering bioresonance but who do not have the holistic view as doctors would have. It really is a pity that pharma rules the education and exercise of medicine almost everywhere these days. So I am more than happy and thankful for such information you provide and thank you so much for being that open-minded and open-hearted and share all this with us!!!

Fabulous information Dr. Malone thank you. I have osteoarthritis in my foot and this article has giving me more information and info to search than my foot surgeon ....that I’ve seen for the last three years. All I’ve gotten from him is use Voltaren and buy his $525.00 inserts. He said if this doesn’t work I’ll have to operate...give me a break.. I don’t use Voltaren and I haven’t gotten any worse.

Muchas Gracias, Tack, Obrigada, Blagodaryu Vas, Merci..... for all your very valuable posts. Best to you and Jill.

What do foot surgeons do - they operate of feet. Nothing more.

The name says it all - you need a foot healer who does whatever solves your problem - not makes them richer or follows their particular skill!

If someone waved a magic wand over you and it worked (actually or in your head) who cares how stupid it may sound - the outcome is what you need.

Cheers and good luck

Hello Rose.

Thank you very much for taking such time to write me back this response. It shows how much you care for people in general. Not everybody these days takes time to care for their fellow man. As I read Dr. Malone’s sub stacks he is a man that cares about humanity and a blessing to us all. I’m happy that you have been such a wonderful driving force for your family. I will go over your thoughts about the keto diet. Once again thank you and blessings. Joy

Great article, Dr. Malone!

I've been using a half-body photobiomodulation panel for almost 2 years now, 6 days a week - just as prevention, usually exercising qigong along with it to be effective with my time.

Another excellent device for both prevention and dealing with various issues is PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy). Again, to save time, I'm sitting on a PEMF mat while meditating.

In general, it is my finding that physics-based therapies are more effective than physics-based therapies. For anyone interested, I posted a short explanation here - https://rcmprinciples.com/12-root-cause-medicine-principles/#5-Physics-over-Chemistry.

But the fact that they're generally more effective than pharmaceuticals is the very reason why physics-based therapies are sidelined in current Western medicine, controlled by pharmaceutical firms.

A word of caution here, though: Physics-based therapies activate the self-healing abilities of the body, which is great and very helpful, but we should also remove the root causes of the problem, otherwise the body will just carry on healing. Needless to say, in the case of gout the root cause is mainly the food.

Expand full comment

Really liked that “short explanation “....it was very good. Thanks

Nice comment Daniel. Couldn't agree with you more. I am glad you brought up the root cause :)

The other nifty part of the physics-based therapies is that you can target them at the hurt place, rather than using some chemical which will affect most of the body - most of which probably isn't hurt. My experience anyway.

Dr Malone, for your gout try dandelion supplements. I did and it worked fabulously. I know others who also got good results. I’m a former military pilot and I didn’t want to be grounded….

Also, certain lifestyle measures can help manage gout, though people are generally very reluctant to consider changing things they enjoy or that require an effort :

Following a gout diet includes a healthy amount of fluid intake.

Avoiding foods that cause gout due to their high purine content, like meat, fish, seafood, beans, shellfish, and spinach.

Not consuming alcohol.

Increasing the amount of water intake as well as fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, green tea and lemon water.

Reducing weight where required.

Ensuring routine exercise.

What you say is true. However, the dandelion supplements seemed to fix the problem… perhaps cleansed the liver or kidneys, I don’t know. I don’t have to take the supplements regularly and I’m able to eat the foods I enjoy so much…. I love shellfish for example!

Tart Cherry to my astonishment works as well or better than standard gout meds. This is more accepted in Europe where they use more of the herbal medicine, overall, than in the U.S.

Ha, ha, I just sat down with a IR therapy belt wrapped around my shin/calf, opened my email to read during the therapy, and email with this article popped up. It made me chuckle. Synchronicity! I have been using this starting Oct 3 initially to relieve back, hip, and and leg pain that prevented me from taking my daily 30-min walks.

Well, it worked well enough (pain greatly reduced) that I've been walking for several days, but today went for 50 min enchanted by the jewel-like colors of this beautiful fall day. I could tell shin splints were in my immediate future, so started the therapy right after my walk. The first leg is now done and feeling relieved, and I'm on the second. I got the belt and a panel. I figured it's an easy return on Amazon if it was a gimmick. It wasn't.

I had a suspicion that some of the pain I've been experiencing was from inflammation possibly related to having had vaccines. (Never again). I found that NIR (740nm in the study reviewed by Dr. Been on the FLCCC website) induced autophagy and thought it might help my cells clear whatever debris was in them especially if that was the cause of the inflammation. I was unable to find 740 nm devices, mine was 850 as were most of the ones I could find.

My other concern is that I've heard that EMF's might be a factor to be avoided with less expensive devices, but decided to learn more after trying it. Thank you for the links to resources, this is just what I was looking for!

Expand full comment

How did you find a legitimate device on Amazon? Would you mind sharing the brand? The products offered by the companies listed on the PBM Resources site appear to be mostly available only to medical professionals.

Expand full comment

It's a consumer-grade device. It was FDA approved, though that doesn't mean much these days, it means that at least it's not just a Chinese device put together sloppily. It had good reviews, and it had a 30-day return policy. It has worked well, but if it didn't I planned to return it.

I'm sure the medical grade devices work better, but out of my price range. Mine was LifePro brand. I got the belt and the panel with savings during prime days or prior to. They are solidly built and seem good for the price. They have a company website with videos that are good, too.

I'm still looking to see if I can find resources that aren't just marketing sites for ratings.

I like the belt slightly better for flexibility, but the panel has more power at about the same price. I use the belt for my feet (the slightly more expensive one of the two offered) by just putting my foot on the belt and wrapping it around the top, then securing it with the velcro band provided. I don't have a lot of foot pain, but it feels good afterwards. More just to stimulate healthy cells. Hate to sound like a review for a product since there may be better options out there.

Expand full comment

Follow-up. I still have the panel, but the belt stopped working after a lot of heavy use, though care was taken to treat it gently. I was able to return it, since it had an extended warranty period till Jan 31st on Amazon, their usual holiday return deal. I was disappointed, but will continue to use the panel. My pain is much better, and these helped a lot with my recovery from what the doctors seemed to think wasn't curable. I do take a lot of supplements for my joints, in addition.

Expand full comment

What device did you order on Amazon? I am most interested because my spouse has arthritis in his foot and I'm hoping that it may help.

Expand full comment

Brand is LifePro, see comment for drea just below. (top first sorting). The panel has more power. The belt is more flexible I tried it on my feet a couple of times, just setting my foot on it (not standing on it which would break the lights) and flipping the top over my foot. It felt good, though my pain is in my back and legs. The company has a good website with videos, though Amazon has it cheaper. Not sure it's best, but it seems to work to relieve pain and got me walking again. The first time, I wasn't sure, but after a couple of days, I was.

This is very cool. Sorry about your gout; I get it once in a while, too. Got it very badly in the hospital after being given (without consent) Remdesivir. While I survived that poison, I feared permanent kidney damage. Got tested many weeks later and seem ok, for which I'm grateful.

But I've wondered whether the effect you describe, dissolving uric acid crystals, could also be done using ultrasound (they use it for kidney stones, I believe)? If you are ever in the mood to pursue such things, I'm game and can write the software (firmware) for such a thing. I'd love to solve this problem and make the result Open Source. Eff the pHARMa parasites: give the design away for FREE.

Best to you and Jill. God Bless.

I need to say something not related to this topic. While watching the Great British Baking Show Sunday one of the bakers was going to use cricket flour and put whole crickets in the dessert he was making. Pru, they hostess was so excited to have him use cricket flour. Then she said it is so much easier to grow crickets than wheat or something like that. Unbelievable . I just had to say something about that topic. It shocked me.

For better or worse it will fit in well with your new WEF PM. Have read that insect additions to flour have been available for a while. Also something about their adding it to pet food. While I'm personally disinclined to adding it to my menu, would be interested to see a comparison, point by point between our regular protein sources and insect sources.

We evolved eating some insects, gross though that sounds to most of us. However, the processing probably destroys any food value. Either eat them live and whole or they are going to be just as bad for you as Doritos. They'll probably find ways to make them addictive like Doritos.

I ate a fried grasshopper once when I was a kid. But not interested now. Everyone keeps trying to get me to eat Impossible "meat" products. Fortunately, I'm allergic to soy 🤣

About 17 years ago I smashed my left foot up and got a severe case of plantar fasciitis. It was bad enough I had to immediately buy a car with automatic transmission and give up my clutch. Walking was extremely painful and after 6 months there was still no improvement. I started using near IR therapy delivered by the Anodyne device (890nm) to treat my foot. I only had to give myself 7 treatments right before bed so that I didn't have to walk right away and have been completely free of plantar fasciitis for the last 17 years. This type of therapy is definitely worth a try.

THAT is amazing!

Totally Free Near-Infrared: Go outside and get some sunlight. You will treat your entire body for a fraction of the time and expense of using an artificial device.

Expand full comment

The problem is the UV light that goes with it. In moderation it IS good for you, but I've been doing long sessions with my IR therapy belt/panel and it has gotten rid of some stubborn back pain and other areas as well. It has taken hours to accomplish this over several weeks and I'd be burned to a crisp if I tried it in the sun. Plus, frostbite, LOL.

That said, I try to spend at least 30 minutes/day, summer and winter in the sun (or more, but covered up in summer). It does a world of good.

Expand full comment

I agree that sunlight is probably best. But if work hours don't permit (you have a tech job), or latitude doesn't permit (winter), or climate doesn't permit (say, its snowing) - the NIR boxes can be helpful.

And if you can't walk, the NIR boxes are helpful there too. As someone who just recovered from leg surgery...not walking really is a thing.

Expand full comment

I hope you recover soon, David. It is very hard not to be able to walk.

My Gran stopped walking when she had a knee injury, but never started again due to ongoing pain. I saw what that did to her health so always walk asap even with some pain, as long as it's not making it worse thru re-injury. That's why I am thrilled with the NIR belt. It seems to be progressive and actually healing, not just masking. I used it every day, often twice a day.

I've torn my meniscus in both knees, and the physical therapy helped a lot. They had me walk despite pain, so I have a sense of when to walk and when not.

Expand full comment

I agree, walking even with pain is important. I think I need a happy medium. A month ago I was walking long(ish) distances every day, like 20-30 minutes. I got too beat up. I think I was overtraining - just by walking! So now I do less.

You think twice a day for NIR, huh? Maybe I'll give that a shot.

Look at the instructions with your device. Different ones have different guidelines, depending on things like the wattage and other things (I don't know them all). I have the LifePro panel and the belt. The belt is lower power but you can use it more frequently and for a longer time each session, but some # of hours in between. The panel is higher power and no more than 3 x day, with some # of hours in between. I don't know if the LifePro is the best brand but it seemed decent and well built and they had a number of instructional vids on their company website. Maybe there are better ones, I'm still learning.

And yes, I had to work up to longer walks, which can seem ridiculous if you did more before the problem arose.
