Bless you both. My husband was military and I worked hard as an alternative practitioner. I understand what you just said. Hard work and learning to manage our bodies and trying to figure out how to do all of that is hard work. We don’t need other idiots telling us what to do since they have no clue. We are pulling back onto our land and becoming self sufficient as possible which is hard work. But necessary since what we both worked for isn’t guaranteed. So we are working to make that matter as little as possible. Look for an alternative practitioner in your area, though. Your bodies can be built back up and good health is more of a treasure than just about anything.

Thank you both. I have military people in my immediate family. I’ve posted before that my father was shot in the back in the battle of the bulge, sent to England from Germany and a surgeon removed a lung and saved his life. He died when I was 20 but I feel I was the luckiest kid in the neighborhood to be raised by two selfless people. My oldest brother served as an airborne ranger for 4 years. He has passed. The two bronze plates at the cemetery always remind me of the sacrifice veterans give such as your husband. I often think how lucky my father was to survive and have 4 children. He didn’t speak of the war often but he did say after he was shot he was placed on the side of the road and when he took a breath he could feel the blood gurgling through the hole in his back. He always said he never wanted his kids to ever hold a rifle and go to war. I’m honestly glad he’s not here to see what has happened to this country.

To change the subject, I have been doing light workouts which help enable me to go to work. It does help tremendously.

I am always grateful to the warriors such as your father. Thank you for sharing his story. My first husband - Navy and now deceased as well as my own father would definitely be horrified at what is going on. My current husband - AF - is struggling to see not only the global stuff but also the collusion of the DoD in all that is going on. He feels pretty betrayed right now. But what holds him together is that his oath was made to the Constitution and not to the government, government agencies or even the American people. He is determined to keep that oath to the end…somehow.

Read up on red light therapy. You can search that. There are inexpensive things you can purchase that provides the proper frequencies. That also will help. Plus working on diet and such. God bless you both.
