My current husband - AF - is struggling to see not only the global stuff but also the collusion of the DoD in all that is going on. He feels pretty betrayed right now. But what holds him together is that his oath was made to the Constitution and not to the government, government agencies or even the American people. He is determined to keep that oath to the end…somehow.
Read up on red light therapy. You can search that. There are inexpensive things you can purchase that provides the proper frequencies. That also will help. Plus working on diet and such. God bless you both.
